Proposal for in-engine tests, which addresses https://github.com/o3de/sig-testing/issues/20
There are quite a few open questions looking for feedback, many of which should be clarified before moving forward. As additional more-specific RFCs should follow for individual features, some questions may be appropriate to defer into future RFCs.
