Summary

In order to be compliant with Lemonway new regulations, we should remove social_security from document types

Changes

in libs/constants : remove SOCIAL_SECURITY from DOCUMENT_TYPE

For retro compatibility, we'll keep that constant as we still might have lenders that uploaded social_security documents on their LW account.
