Translation for hardenedclay using intllib #1

I made some changes to translate your mod with the [intllib] mod. I added a template file, so everyone can translate the descriptions in his language, For now there is a german translation.

This has some issues:

  1. It uses the old intllib API
  2. It uses string concatenation rather than string.format. This means that you meed to translate the full string for every entry (not just a translation for each color and a "Hardeded Clay" translation) because otherwise it won't work for languages that have a different word order.

I'll try to fix this.

Thank you for your comment and example. I don´t have any knowledge about programming, I just do trial and error, see what works when I modifie something and what works in other translated mods.
