added content from 2021 schedule high level schedule

want way to align event titles vertically but 'tab' doesn't translate.

I tweaked some indentation that was doing some weird things with how the Markdown was being parsed.

I'll build out a better schedule overview in the next few weeks, but I think a bullet list like this is more than sufficient for an MVP.
