Make publications and projects collapsible on research, conference, etc. #98

Making collapsible using fieldset is possible, but when the view is empty we get the label displayed so I would suggest using a jquery ui accordion

done but jquery ui changed some styling in the lists @elroyK will you check if it's good enough for you?
