[x] greater accessibility of the budget data of the Federal government
[x] new api and front-end visulisation
[ ] exploration of available data & data-formats with documentation on possible recommendations & improvements
[x] create awareness of the Federal budget data
[ ] a reachout to the Belgian DataViz community to present this and encourage the community to build more visualisations

improvements: nbb makes an api with the data so we don't need to download it and upload it again
