Can't download playlist with local files. #21

Hi, I tried to download a playlist with local files in it, but it won't work. Is there any way that it can ignore the local files and download the ones that can be downloaded? Also, can you make the song downloadable even if it isn't available in my country?

This is a limitation on Spotify's side, if the song is unavailable, you need to set your account region to a country in which the song can be streamed.
