Describe the bug Ovirt Hosted engine deployment getting stuck saying "TASK [ovirt.ovirt.hosted_engine_setup : Pause execution until /tmp/ansible.0f1qsqk2_he_setup_lock is removed, delete it once ready to proceed]"

Seeing issue with versions of ovirt 4.5.4 and 4.5.5
