This PR is going to bump to model 4.4.22, metamodel 1.3.4 Please see sdk/CHANGES.adoc for details

Filling out the template is required. Any pull request that does not include enough information to be reviewed in a timely manner may be closed at the maintainers' discretion.
All new code requires tests to ensure against regressions

FC30 is no longer supported on oVirt CI, you need to remove FC30 for x86_64 platform in https://github.com/oVirt/ovirt-engine-sdk-go/blob/master/automation.yaml#L3
