Ship wildfly also for aarch64 #19

Instructions for getting a wildfly running enough to be able to handle ovirt-engine are provided by Huawei at https://support.huaweicloud.com/intl/en-us/dpmg-kunpengcpfs/kunpengovirt_04_0007.html

It would be nice to be able to ship wildfly with those steps already done for making it easier to deploy on ARM64.
