which gnuradio and dependencies? #2

I'm trying to get this to work for a school project. I'm currently using a sdr rtl2832u to get this working, but it won't, could you please tell me want version of gnuradio I should be using and what dependencies I should have installed?

I recommend you the fork https://github.com/jmichelp/gr-wmbus works with latest gnuradio version
