Post-Played Exclusion module does not work #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set "allow_every" for a map
2. Play the map
3. The map may still appear in the next vote, despite PPE's setting.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.3.1 on Linux
