[Feature] Toggle window keyboard shortcut #1

It would be great if we could toggle a window using a keyboard shortcut. Just like how we can show/hide Guake with a shortcut. Also if we can define a specific window position and size, it would be great.

I have implemented this feature in 444a310d530f074b94d2582178a2d78cd318b447. It will be release in v6 version
