Opening links in browser #156

The 'Open Links in Browser' feature is great. But for most part I need the links to be pasted in to documents or forms.

For those like me, it would be great to give an additional option to open links in browser:

  1. Ctrl + Enter (keyboard users)
  2. Ctrl + Click (mouse/touchpad users)
  3. You could also include a small button (near star button) in the title area to open in browser (swap the button function if user setting is to open links on click)

Open in browser button and similar one to open text in default text editor:

Change button to 'copy', when user's setting is to open links in browser:
