Add settings icon for settings menu #241

If you want to change Panos settings, the process is quite awkward. You need to open your extension manager, search for it in the list of installed extensions, and then click the icon.

Instead, I suggest adding a gear icon (similar to the one in gnome-shells quick access menu) to the top right of the main/history window.
