Automatic paste after screen unlock

Description

Pano automatically paste clipboard content after screen unlock if Paste on Select setting is turned on.

Problem Explanation

When earlier locked screen is unlocked, last clipboard content is automatically pasted to active window.

Expected Behavior

Pano shouldn't paste clipboard content automatically after screen is unlocked when Paste on Select setting is turned on

How one can find the bug?

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce, if applicable:

1. Turn on Paste on Select setting (actually it is turned on by default)
2. Copy some content
3. Open any application which can handle copied content (i.e. vscode or gedit for text, telegram-desktop or GIMP for images; I checked with many apps, even writing this issue in chrome reproduces the bug)
4. Lock the screen using any method (by pressing Super+L or via top bar icon click)
5. Enter password to unlock screen
6. Clipboard content will be automatically pasted to active window

I have had the same bug on Fedora 39 with GNOME Shell 45.4. I don't know how to reproduce a similar error log, but every time I log in, I see that the last thing from the clipboard is pasted into the active window textbox.
