I have had the same bug on Fedora 39 with GNOME Shell 45.4. I don't know how to reproduce a similar error log, but every time I log in, I see that the last thing from the clipboard is pasted into the active window textbox.
$ dconf dump /org/gnome/shell/extensions/pano/
[/]
paste-on-select=true
play-audio-on-copy=false
send-notification-on-copy=false
$ dconf read /org/gnome/shell/enabled-extensions | tr ' ' '\n'
['background-logo@fedorahosted.org',
'emoji-selector@maestroschan.fr',
'pano@elhan.io',
'smile-extension@mijorus.it',
'grand-theft-focus@zalckos.github.com']
It was discussed here.
Probably would be better to keep the original ticket open until new version will be released to the users.
Yep, looks like as duplicate of #244. Thanks @EnverOsmanovGY
