Feature request: Selective download of a manga #21

Imagine you have a very long series (something like 400+ chapters) and you have the digital volumes for up to ~300. It would be cool if you could make kaizoku only download after a certain chapter number.

I'm not sure if this would need adjustments in mangal though.

I would second this feature! It'd be nice if you could point a series at a specific folder when you're adding it, then have it scan that location to see if there are any files already there. You could then just exclude chapters that already exist at that location.

What would make this trickier is volumes. I don't think there's any standard for what chapters are in a volume, so you'd need to look at a database of some sort that would tell you what chapters exist in what volume for each specific manga series.
