Duplicate - Available Sources - Mangadex appears twice. #83

Describe the bug

Mangadex appears twice when looking in the "Available Sources" drop down when adding a manga per screenshot.

Reproduction steps

1.Select add new manga

  1. Select the Available Sources
  2. See duplicate entries

Expected behavior

Only see one name per source.

Additional context

The first one is from mangal. The second is the one that I wrote. They work differently. But I will delete the one I wrote in the future.

Fair, reducing the workload on yourself by letting the Sources by from mangal makes sense. no point doubling up.
