Manga TRPCClientError: Cannot find the X

Describe the bug

Keep getting this bug every so often, on various sources. I know the manga exists as I've checked the website, example:

using manganato mostly due to mangadex temporary banning me all the time due to the rate limit..

Question: what delay settings should we use to be within the rate limits?

Also, it would be nice to be able to:

1. add manga by direct url (sometimes it can't find the manga even though it exists on the website)
2. be able to customize the download subfolder, sometimes I add same manga title from different sources to compare, but I can't change the download dir.

Reproduction steps

1. Source: Manganato
2. Add the manga
3. Select Download Interval
4. Fail

Expected behavior

expected it to add the manga, but it gives error

Search and download are handled by Mangal. So I cannot do anything about this.

Actually, further investigation,

It seems that Kaizoku has issues with some special characters, at least from Manganato. It works fine on Manganelo. I don't dare to use Mangadex due to rate limiter.

TRPCClientError:

Any title containing the characters: (possibly more) , ( ) ~

Can not be added with the above error

SAMPLE 1: ( ) Karakai Jouzu No (Moto) Takagi-San

### The reason I think it's related to Kaizoku is that I can download them fine with Mangal, but not with Kaizoku.

Also, all other manga that failed to download from manganato had a ", " in it,

SAMPLE 2: (,) I'm The Guild Receptionist, But Since I Don't Want To Work Overtime, I Think I'll Just Solo The Boss

again, works with mangal

add "&" to the list of illegal characters.

I'll update this post if I find any more.

same problem happens with manganelo too, Kaizoku can't take certain characters, works with mangal.

any luck in recreating this quite severe bug?

Running into this problem with "One Piece - Digital Colored Comics". Tried multiple sources and same error.

Using mangal directly, I'm able to get it from MangaSee just fine, so it seems specific to kaizoku.
