Switch to custom fonts-international in OAE PPA for previews font installation #31

This should reduce the preview and QA server deployment time by about 6 minutes.

We'll want to ensure we test generating the "eels.docx" file that was previously used in bug bashes. I can't attach it here (Github doesn't support the format), but let myself or @stuartf know if you need it.

Please test running puppet on an existing QA server that has the font packages installed to ensure the change doesn't wreck the puppet because of conflicts. Also verify the fonts still generate properly on a brand new QA box.

@stuartf or @mrvisser : We have switched to fonts-international since the Vagrant PR was merged. Can you send me the eels.docx file so I can verify that this is still preview appropriately?

Yes, this was done as part of the Vagrant work in https://github.com/oaeproject/puppet-hilary/commit/6305cc4c
