FIle not found Error #1

While running the imageJ macro, I run into file not found errors when the .corrected_actin... files are present, if removed, I don't get any prompts but the macro doesn't give any output.

Hi Anirudh,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Apologies for the inconvenience. We suggest changing line 153 from open(list[f]) to open(path+list[f]). Hopefully, this resolves that issue.
