Develop frontend image

PR for Develop frontend image #35 Fixes #35

Changes:

• Add create-alpha-tags and create-release-tags GitHub workflows and test them with ACT and GitHub
• Add version.txt dependency, using the same version iteration as on back-end (i.e. v0.4.205)
• Rename files, so that they follow the same naming convention as on back-end

Important: This task is also related to oakestra/issue#239, which discusses the topic of automated version.txt update process. There's also a PR that implements that, it would be nice to merge it as well.

Note: Test workflows are not yet covered on the dashboard repo, for more details and discussions, feel free to look at and contribute to Issue #42
