I use proto-repl in atom and due to it not having a proper file extension parinfer doens't activate when I'm using it. Is it possible to set it up so that parinfer works for the popular atom repl plugins?
I'm not sure if this will address your specific issue, but this page might be helpful if you haven't seen it already.
