While dragging a piece, 'Original' doesn't disappear

On the 'Allow Only Legal Moves' example, the dragged piece is not eliminated from the 'From' square . (so while dragging there is a duplicate)

It did so in Chessboard (should I say 1)

Is there a simple way for now to remove the dragged piece from the original square - as a workaround?
