It would be nice if the package was on ELPA/MELPA.

I'm pretty unfamiliar with the Emacs ecosystem. I'm hoping that someone will make a proper Parinfer extension that includes this library ;)

I've write a plugin (https://github.com/DogLooksGood/parinfer-mode) and it's available on melpa now, If this library can deploy to melpa, I can use it as a dependency instead of include the file. To deploy to melpa, according https://github.com/melpa/melpa/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md, it's pretty simple.
