Publish to a central repository

We should publish stable versions of parinfer-jvm to the Java-world equivalent of Clojars or npm (ie: a public package repository).

Some quick Internet searching makes me think the correct place is The Central Repository

The way to do this is to publish to oss.sonatype.org, which will get sync'ed to central. A guide for doing that is at: http://central.sonatype.org/pages/ossrh-guide.html
