"guaranteed next round matchup" algorithm #5

It would be excellent if the system could tell you a guaranteed matchup for the next swiss round during the final game of the current round.

This might become irrelevant with the algorithm created with commit 76824c4a89

Pretty sure we can just auto-populate all the future matchups now.

This algorithm needs to take into account whether teams are currently playing in the last round of the current swiss round. Teams need at least a one game break between games.
