I hardcoded the :, but I'm not sure if we should make it be a part of the sort_by translation string. it seems common across languages and scripts, with maybe some preferences in certain languages (eg. sort by relevance in thai vs sort by: relevance, though there's examples of the same structure as ours, so... ?)
i think this is a pretty generic component so i named it selectmenu, but it's only used for sorting inputs ATM

I think it makes sense to keep the hardcoded : given the structure of the label/options!!
