meta titles, descriptions, and image #75

Most pages already have, but we also need to add meta titles and descriptions to the home page and the /sponsors page.

We also need to add an og:image, we can use their current one for now https://joinmastodon.org/preview.jpg

also linking to the preview image at https://joinmastodon.org/preview.jpg, since an absolute url is needed for the og:image content. I placed that image in our public folder, so it will appear at the same URL on prod.
