Currently we only have a statement in https://github.com/oam-dev/spec/blob/0e91023abd81fab243bf30fd216b418878ae4cef/CONTRIBUTING.md#specification-subject-to-the-open-web-foundation-agreements
Another thing is we've discussed to transfer the whole project to JDF, we will bring this up in next maintainer meeting.
