sample in win #7

This sample you given is based on linux. Are there some codes and comments for win? or win cannot run it. i just can use linux env to run it?

@ztt1 Hi,

Experienced issues with streaming quotes just now, which is an OANDA issue confirmed by their API health page: http://developer.oanda.com/rest-live-v20/health/ ( which seems down also now)

i checked the v20 sample for python which seems to work in linux and i also tried some codes in first step of setup in win and it doesnt work.

@ztt1 well ... I'm a Linux user, but regardless win/linux you need to give information on the issue you experience so one can try to figure out what is going on.

So please, share the output you have on a specific example.
