Gazelle 1.5 conda package can't support running in centos and ubuntu at the same time #1177

Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge? Please describe what you are trying to do. From OAP 1.3, we always built OAP Conda package in a centos system and deploy it on both Centos and Ubuntu to run tpc tests, gazelle can work well. But gazelle v1.5 can't run on Ubuntu(Gazelle Jar is built in a centos system) .
