When creating explicit_spelling in the text_discourse of a new text, any explicit_spelling that had a determinative (i.e. (d), (GIŠ), etc. not in the initial position needs to add an 'equals' sign ahead of the logogram instead of a regular dash.
Example: šu=(d)EN.LÍL instead of šu-(d)EN.LÍL
