Create Filter for Periods main page #1662

Allow user to search for a period at the top and filter the results to show only those periods (though always represent the entire year, and just highlight the filtered term)

So we'll need to use the official1PN_uuid, officiale1PTR_PN_uuid, official2PN_uuid, and official2PRT_PN_uuid columns to generate the subset of things to search through.

I will add the relevance dictionary_word.uuid values to these columns for the months. -- for a month like narmak Aššur ša kēnātim, I'll use all four columns for those rows to store the uuids for each of the four words in that name (this is just lucky that the longest name of a month has 4 words in it (though I won't put ša in, -- too many of that one and not an important word)).
