I worked on this text and resolved one line (5.01) by adding a text_markup (damage, end_char = 1) to the ni sign. Then (in process of making several changes to text) recreated the issue on 1.01 by adding a new text_markup line. -- Appears to be when one text_epigraphy row has a text_markup row where type = damage is followed by another text_epigraphy row that has a different text_markup row (something other than damage).
