Changing email server #27

I would like to have the option of specifying a different email server than the CF server default. We use sendgrid.com to send emails, but I don't want to have to use it for this since it eats up credits that would be used for client emails.

That's a good idea! although it will require a bit of refactoring work since there are several places in the app that send out emails. I'm thinking that this could be a feature for the next major release (v2.0)

+1 Count me in as someone who'd be glad to see that in a 2.0. I know many companies which use different mail servers for specific tasks and something like this would allow for more flexibility in such cases.
