Fixed "ColdFusion ID" section in composeFullMessage. #42

The try/catch in composeFullMessage was causing it to never display certain parts of the SESSION.

I fixed it.

Thanks for finding this bug, but this pull request cannot be merged. The CFID issue has already been fixed on the 1.8 branch and merging this into Master at this time will make the branch reintegration harder.
