Added favicon, fixed missing semicolon, (automatically) cleaned up whitespace #59

Sorry these are all lumped together -- in the future I'll use feature branches for my PR's. I'm still pretty green at sending them. :)

Thanks; I'll take a look and marge later tonight. about the favicon, there is already a favicon on the project root. Is this a different graphic or changed in any way?

So there is! I looked for one but didn't see it there. I doubt it's any different. I'll remove my file and update the new HTML to point to that one...

ok i see. I had added the .ico file at some point in the past, but forgot about adding it explicitly to the HTML. I never noticed because the default behavior of looking it on the webroot.

Indeed, but it won't be found if BLHQ is installed at /buglog, which I believe is what the install instructions recommend. :)
