Fixes issue #91 #92

Checks envSettings.name against configKey. This logic had been in the XPath syntax from before and just didn't translate when refactoring. As a result, BugLog would always use your last listed envSettings.

This pull-request has been merged into branch 1.8 (for release as 1.8.4 in the next few days)
