Recently used colors adds duplicate colors #72

The same color is added again and again to the list of recently used colors.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open color picker
Click on ok
Open color picker again
The color is added to recently used colors
Open color picker again
Click OK
There are now 2 identical colors in the recently used color list

Expected behavior There is no need for duplicate colors to exist here
