sort TOC #2324

Hello Team

When chapter are not ordered it is interesting to sort automaticaly.

Please could you add a Sort fonction in the item : generate TOC 
- with , if possible, the option : ascending/desending

You can sort your HTML files and then generate the TOC.  Editing the TOC is 
meant for small changes.
