Index Editor keyboard shortcut not changeable & default is a bad choice #2334

AltGR+I (=Ctrl+Alt+I) opens the Index Editor, but this keyboard shortcut 
doesn't seem to appear in Preferences | Keyboard Shortcuts.

In addition, I expect this combination on my usual keyboard layout to produce 
an í.  This makes it impossible to type in Irish (and probably other 
languages) in Sigil.

I think it would be a good idea to avoid AltGR (Ctrl+Alt) combinations in 
default shortcuts as they are used in a lot of non-English layouts, including 
US-International in Windows and its equivalent in Linux.
