New version crashes on start up #2355

I downloaded the latest version of Sigil for windows that was updated 3 days 
ago for Windows 7 64bit.

When I open the program it opens fine but when I try to open a epub file it 
then uses 100% of my cpu usage (I have a 6 core 3.5ghz cpu)and then crashes 
every time repeatedly.
