Disk not found #2356

Sigil 0.7.3 can't start. I use WinXp and I obtain the following error:

Disk not found:
Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b1bf7c 75b1bf7c 75b1bf7c

I tried to uninstall Sigil and deleting "sigil.ini" file, but I get always this 
message.

Amazing, I solved it desconncting my Sony ebook reader!  I can't understand why 
I got the error, since I started Sigil from Desktop icon.
