Sigil-0.7.3 doesn't run on Windows 7 (32bit) #2361

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install to C:/Program Files/Sigil
2. Go to folder, click Sigil.exe
3. ??? PROFIT!
...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to be able to run the program. What I get is a prompt asking for the 
program to allow to make changes to my HD, when I accept, the screen blinks and 
I'm back at the desktop. The program never starts. I run it as admin. Tried 
Compatibility Mode. Uninstalled, downloaded again, re-installed, same story.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Sigil-0.7.3 / Windows 7 (32bit).

i am using sigil 7.3 on windows 7 ultimate 32Bit.  I am using sigil since 
version 4 or earlier.  Till date my updates are smooth and my sigil 7.3 is 
working fine.  Better make a clean uninstall of sigil and reinstall.  Tks.

As suggested, try uninstalling, removing sigil.ini and re-installing.
