Selecting "File|Open" from menu causes critical error #2362

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Sigil
2. Select "File|Open" from menu.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to see a file picking dialog box.  Instead, I get the following error:

Error info: Critical: CoCreateInstance failed (An attempt was made to reference 
a token that does not exist.)
Sigil version: 0.7.3
Runtime Qt: 5.1.0
Compiled Qt: 5.1.0
Platform: Windows SysInfo ID 64

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Sigil 0.7.3 on Windows XP x64
