Text in small caps (bold) incorrectly formatted #2363

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create an input file with text 'Mozart' in small caps format, I used .odt 
file
2. Convert to EPUB using Calibre (I have latest version)
3. Display file in Sigil showing Mozart and see that O and Z overlap; note also 
happens with W
...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect Mozart get Mo+z overlapping art

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Windows XP SP3 Sigil 0.7.3

How Sigil displays text is an issue with the Qt software and not something that 
we can change.  Sigil is only an approximation of what the document might look 
like - you need to test it on ereaders to see how it will actually display.
