<strong> text does not appear in Sigil #2366

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. ePub. <strong> text <\strong>
2. even with:   strong {  font-weight: bold;  }
3. and in style.CSS this '.strong { font-weight: bold;}'
...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect bold text. The bold text does appear in other eBook readers. The ePub 
was validated.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Sigil 0.3.0. , Mac 10.6.8.

Version 0.3.0 is far too old to consider issues with.
