Cannot save changes to content.opf of random epubs #2373

Please read http://code.google.com/p/sigil/wiki/ReportingIssues for
information about submitting a good bug report.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.
2.
3.
...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I am sorry but I don't know how to answer some of the questions. I can't say
how to reproduce this unless I give you the same epub file I try to change. I
try to save changes to <dc:title> but it drops an error with these details

Error info: Cannot save file H:\Sony_Reader\media\books\06 Los mercenarios - 02
La promesa del rey brujo.epub:

Sigil version: 0.7.3
Runtime Qt: 5.1.0
Compiled Qt: 5.1.0

The book I try to edit is this one:
https://mega.co.nz/#!UJJF0Q7Q!YfeCFEGcaLJAhVJ0xAGn_2nESwlNH31WaVycA7qAd5g

Sorry for not being able to fill up a proper report, but hope it still somewhat
helps

Forgot to say, I change nothing except for <dc:title>, inside "content.opf".

Go to that link. Turns out all it is is the file being marked as read only.
