Can't paste into a dialog box without directly rightclicking and pasting #2377

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use the key command for "find/replace"
2. use the key command to "paste"

(Same issue with other dialog boxes too; e.g. metadata editor)

...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Paste into find/replace dialog box
Clipboard content will paste into the edit window, not the find/replace dialog 
box

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.7.2, MacOS 10.8.4

Can be resolved by rightclicking and pasting into the dialog box . . . but 
that's slow :(
